Dr. Jackson Doe-Mensah is a passionate leader, scholar, and advocate for youth empowerment, education, and community development. As the Executive Director of Prodigy Generations, he brings a unique blend of expertise in engineering, public administration, and operational excellence to drive impactful programs that inspire and equip the next generation.

With a background in wood materials science, chemical engineering research, process optimization, and industrial manufacturing, Jackson is currently the Site Continuous Improvement Leader / Industrial Engineer at TE Connectivity in the Defense, Aerospace and Marine Business Unit, Hauppauge, New York. His passion for education and leadership extends beyond industry, as he works to create sustainable programs in literacy, STEM education, and entrepreneurship for underprivileged youth.

Jackson lives in New York with his family. He loves playing soccer, public speaking, ice skating and STEM volunteering.
